Track Review – ‘Keep Safe’ by Talk In Code

How to make a banger of a record: Take an extremely catchy guitar riff, lyrics which are easy to remember to sing along to, a passion for the music you’re playing and what do you have? Keep Safe by Talk In Code.

From the town of the famous Reading Festival, Talk In Code are:

Chris (Vocals and Guitar), Titch (Bass) and last but not least Sneds (Guitar, Synth and Programming.)

Anthemic, bright indie pop-rock is their aim and they tick all of the boxes when it comes to their brand new single. With a 1980’s meets The 1975 vibe, Keep Safe is the kind of song which will get your two feet moving in a packed festival crowd (even if you have two left feet!)

The build up to the guitar solo will keep fans on the edge of said feet before completely letting loose to the infectious groove of the song.

You cannot help but have a smile on your face when listening to Talk In Code, with songs catchier than the common cold and a style of music to easily fall in love with, you do not need to talk in any kind of code, a straight ‘I like these guys a lot’ is the only chat we will ever need to talk about. One big green TIC in our books.

Keep Safe is released on 15th May with 5 track EP Oxygen being released over the new few months.
